What time do the gates open?
The gates open at 14:00 PM, and the event concludes at 02:00.
Is the event cashless?
You can bring cash on site, however we prefer you load money on your phone for speedy service.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, on-site parking is free. Our marshalls will direct you to a parking space upon arrival.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, a variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase on-site.
Are there cloakroom facilities?
Yes, a cloak check is available on the day for a small fee.
Is re-entry allowed?
No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the event.
Are there safety measures in place?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated team of on-site security and medics to ensure your safety throughout the event.
What age restrictions apply?
The event is strictly for persons 18 years and older. Please bring valid identification as it will be checked upon entry.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a warm jacket for later in the evening.
Is merchandise available?
Yes, official event merchandise will be on sale at designated stalls.
What happens in adverse weather?
PHOLA will proceed rain or shine, and measures are in place to mitigate any issues caused by adverse weather. This includes sheltered areas, drainage systems, and a dedicated team to handle

Respect others and follow instructions from staff.
Refrain from illegal activities, including drug use or violence.

The event has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. Alcohol is permitted for those of legal drinking age, but please drink responsibly. Intoxicated individuals may be barred from the event for their safety and the safety of others
